Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Did you receive a piece that was damaged during shipment?

Most pieces can be easily fixed by reconnecting a chain or using super glue to glue stones back on.

However, if a piece is beyond repair, you have 5 days from when you receive your order to report any missing or damaged pieces.

Please include your name, order #, and a photo of the damaged piece.

After the 5 day time period, no refunds will be given.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

No exchanges are allowed.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Payment is expected by the end of the day on the day you are invoiced, but no later than 24 hours.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

There is flat rate of $4 for shipping.

Pre-Orders

You will not be billed for preorders until your items are in stock. Once the items have arrived, they will be invoiced immediately. Payment is expected within 24 hours.
